Easylawn is a family-run company with a farming background that goes back over 100 years. It was first established in 1980 and now employs three generations of the Arden family.

We originally specialised in advising commercial clients on grass seed selection and root zone, but as the domestic garden market grew - pushed along on an ever increasing tide of TV shows, so did the demand for ever higher standards of lawn turf.

• Easylawn was created to fill a gap in the market as consistently high quality turf was extremely hard to get.
• We became stockists of Qlawn and Rolawn turf who are renown throughout Europe as growers of the highest quality turf.
• We then secured a contract with British Field Products to supply Qlawn exclusively to the whole of Northern England.
• We now distribute from Hull to Blackpool and from Carlisle to Birmingham.
• We provide advice to our clients on top soils, grass types, nutritional requirements and just about every other aspect of lawn care.
• We are stockists and suppliers of only the highest quality lawn turves, grass seeds, top soils, dressings and feeds etc.
• We can provide a free consultation and estimate for a hassle free new lawn, or transform your whole garden with our landscaping service.
• If your old lawn is only in need of a little TLC we can arrange a site visit and survey/soil analysis and recommend the appropriate course of treatment which can be carried out by our fully trained staff.

Established in 1929 by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St Andrew's and The Home Golf Unions, The Sports Turf Research Institute is now the leading independent research and technology organisation in turf research and agronomy. It is recognised as a world centre for turfgrass research.
STRI comprises of three main areas:

• Commercial research
• Grass cultivar testing
